PayoffSheet sells a downloadable debt payoff spreadsheet at payoffsheet.com. You can contact us at support@payoffsheet.com.

Email address and order details when you buy PayoffSheet through Payhip.
Messages you send to support@payoffsheet.com, including your email address and anything you include in the message.
Basic technical information needed to keep the website working, such as server logs. This may include IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of visit.

PayoffSheet does not ask for your bank login, open banking access, credit file login, or online banking password.

How we use information

To deliver your digital product and receipt.
To answer support questions and refund requests.

Checkout and payments

Checkout and file delivery are handled by Payhip. Payment processing may be handled by Payhip, Stripe, PayPal, or another provider shown during checkout. PayoffSheet does not receive or store your full card number.

How long we keep information
